At Melanin Élan, each item is thoughtfully created and carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Clear photos or videos of the damage must be provided
• Your order number must be included

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Used or worn items
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
REFUNDS
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued as store credit only. Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Melanin Élan is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
